Delete your ZipOrder account
You can delete your ZipOrder account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
From inside the app (recommended)
- Open ZipOrder on your phone.
- Go to Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out of the app.
By email
If you cannot access the app, send an email from the address registered on your ZipOrder account to support@ziporder.io with the subject line "Account deletion request". We will verify the request and delete the account within 14 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, business name, contact, brand details).
- Every catalog you have published, along with item images.
- Your subscription record (the subscription itself is managed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately from your store account).
- Any in-app notifications and analytics data tied to you.
- Your push notification token and saved devices.
- Any payment or accounting integrations you connected (Stripe, Iyzico, Nilvera, Paraşüt, QuickBooks, Xero): the stored access tokens / API keys are deleted, and a Stripe Connect link is also revoked at Stripe. The provider accounts themselves are yours and are not affected.
What is retained, and for how long
Some data must be kept temporarily for legal, security, or operational reasons:
- Order recordsplaced by your customers against your catalogs are anonymized (name, contact, address removed) within 30 days; the line items remain so the buyer's share link doesn't break mid-flight, but no personal data is retained.
- Server logs and crash reports are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging, then deleted.
- Billing records (subscription history) are kept as required by tax law in our operating jurisdictions, typically 5–10 years. These contain only the transaction record, not your profile.
- Fiscal invoices already issued through a connected e-invoice provider are governed by that provider and by tax law (typically 5–10 years). They live in your provider account and at the tax authority — not on ZipOrder — so we cannot delete them; payments you collected are likewise held by your own payment provider.
