Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZipOrder ("Service") provided by Zero Core Studio LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
ZipOrder lets you upload product flyers, catalogs, and lists; have an AI extract structured product data; build orders; publish public catalog links; and share orders with third parties. The Service is offered as-is, without warranty. We may change features over time.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload (e.g. copyrighted flyers without authorisation, personal data of third parties without a lawful basis).
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or defraud customers or suppliers.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Resell credits or access to the Service without permission.
- Display deceptive or fake discounts — for example, artificially inflating an “original” price to advertise a fictional markdown. ZipOrder reserves the right to take down catalogs with misleading pricing without prior notice.
4. Subscription, billing & cancellation
ZipOrder is a paid subscription. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial; we do not ask for payment details to start the trial. After the trial, continued use of the Service requires an active subscription:
- Monthly — USD 19.99 per month, auto-renewing.
- Yearly — USD 179.99 per year, auto-renewing (equivalent to USD 15.00 per month).
Two billing surfaces are available; you can use either, but only one subscription is active per account at a time:
- Web (Stripe). When you subscribe through the ZipOrder admin panel in your browser, the purchase is sold and billed by us through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. / Stripe, Inc. (acting as our payment processor). Card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout page (PCI-DSS Level 1) and never reach ZipOrder servers.
- Mobile (Apple App Store / Google Play). When you subscribe through the iOS or Android app, the purchase is sold and billed by Apple App Store or Google Play; their respective terms also apply to the purchase. Receipts are synchronised to your ZipOrder account through RevenueCat.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. For mobile purchases, the cancel deadline is at least 24 hours before renewal as required by the respective store.
Cancellation:
- Web (Stripe). Cancel anytime from the admin panel under Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's hosted Customer Portal. You can also update your payment card or download invoices there.
- Mobile (Apple / Google).Cancel from your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions).
Cancelling stops the next renewal; the Service remains available until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds:
- Web (Stripe). Refund requests are processed by ZipOrder. Write to legal@ziporder.io from your registered email — we evaluate every case and refunds within the first week of an annual plan generally go through without friction.
- Mobile (Apple / Google). Because Apple and Google handle the purchase, refund requests are governed by their store policies. Apple users can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play users via the order in their Play Store account.
5. Catalogs, orders & payments
We act only as a facilitator between you (the supplier) and your customers. We are not a party to any commercial transaction between you and your customer, and are not responsible for delivery, returns, or product quality.
Payments.Card payment collection is optional and works on a bring-your-own-provider basis: you connect your own Stripe or Iyzico account and your customers pay on that provider's hosted checkout page. Funds settle directly into your connected account — ZipOrder never holds, receives, or controls your funds, is not the merchant of record, and takes no commission on your sales. Your use of a payment provider is governed by your own agreement with that provider. You are solely responsible for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and any taxes arising from your sales; these are handled between you, your customer, and your payment provider. We do not store card numbers or CVV — those are entered directly on the provider's PCI-DSS-compliant page and never reach our servers.
E-invoicing. Connecting an e-invoice or accounting provider (e.g. Nilvera, Paraşüt, QuickBooks, Xero) is optional. When you enable it, we transmit the order and the seller / buyer identity data needed to issue an invoice to the provider you connected. You remain solely responsiblefor the accuracy and legality of your invoices and for your tax and fiscal-compliance obligations. ZipOrder does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice and is not liable for a connected provider's errors, rejections, or downtime, or for any tax determination by an authority.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process those files for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. We retain ownership of the ZipOrder software, brand, and underlying technology.
7. Termination
You may terminate at any time from Profile → Delete my account. Deletion runs in two stages: your account is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after you click Delete. During that window you can sign back in and cancel the deletion from your profile. After 30 days your data is permanently removed (some forensic audit logs are retained anonymously under KVKK Art. 17(3)(e) / GDPR Art. 17(3)(e) for legal-claims defense — see the Privacy Notice for details).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we are legally required to disable.
8. Usernames & shop links
Your username (the asuman in ziporder.io/u/asuman) is part of your shop link. The rules we apply to usernames:
- Reserved names. We reserve a list of names for platform use, brand protection, common e-commerce vocabulary, and technical safety. The current reserved list lives in the source tree (
backend/src/utils/username.ts) and may change over time. Suppliers who currently hold a name that becomes reserved keep it until they delete their account or the dormant-handle release rule below applies. - Profanity and prohibited content. Usernames containing profanity, slurs targeting protected groups, or terms that promote illegal activity (gambling, unlicensed betting, controlled substances, sexually explicit services) are blocked at signup and may be removed even after the fact. The blocklist is curated in English and Turkish and is maintained alongside the reserved list.
- Trial-only dormant handles. If you signed up, never moved to a paid subscription, and don't sign in for 180 consecutive days, we may release your username so another user can claim it. Your account row, history, and any data we hold are NOT deleted — only the username column is cleared. Detail in our public Username Policy (also a section of our developer documentation, linked here for transparency).
- Paid-tier permanence. If you have ever paid for the Service (any successful subscription event), your username is permanent. We do not release it for dormancy. Customer-link integrity — the WhatsApp / Instagram / QR sticker links you shared — is preserved.
- Platform reclaim right. We reserve the right to reclaim, suspend, or rename usernames that, in our reasonable determination, (a) impersonate ZipOrder, Zero Core Studio, or any government / regulatory body; (b) mislead customers about the identity, authority, or location of the supplier; (c) infringe a third party's trademark or other intellectual-property rights; or (d) disrupt the operation of the Service (e.g. by colliding with newly-added system routes). We will give reasonable advance notice where possible, but reserve the right to act immediately where impersonation, fraud, or safety risks are present.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profit. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is lower.
We are not liable for the acts, omissions, fees, downtime, or security of third-party providers you choose to connect (payment processors, e-invoice / accounting providers, or analytics tags), nor for any loss arising from a transaction between you and your customer.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of New Castle County, Delaware, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
