Getting started

How does ZipOrder work?

You scan a flyer, photograph a product list, or upload a PDF / Excel. Our AI extracts each product into your inventory. You publish the inventory as a public link. You share that link in your social bio, in messaging channels, or anywhere else you reach customers. Customers open the link, browse, pick what they need, and submit an order. The order lands in your supplier inbox with all the details.

Do my customers need to install the app?

No. They just open your link in a browser. ZipOrder is the supplier-side tool — your customers never sign up for anything. The order page works on any phone or computer with a browser.

What file formats can I import?

Photos (PNG, JPG, HEIC), PDF, Excel (.xlsx), and CSV. Our scanner handles structured spreadsheets and unstructured flyers alike.

Pricing & billing

How do I get paid? Is there commission?

You collect from customers three ways: connect Stripe or Iyzico for cards; share your IBAN for bank transfer; or in person with a QR your customer scans on their phone — no card terminal, with tips and split-the-bill built in. Money goes straight to your own account; ZipOrder takes zero commission on your sales. Connect an e-invoice provider (Paraşüt, Xero) and paid orders can issue a fiscal invoice automatically.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes — 7 days, no credit card. Use everything, build your shop, see how it feels. After the trial, web users subscribe by card from the admin panel's "Upgrade to Pro" button; mobile users are routed to Apple or Google billing the next time they open the app.

How do I subscribe from the web?

Open ziporder.io/admin/login in your browser and sign up with email + password (or Apple / Google). Your 7-day trial starts immediately. When you're ready, go to the "Subscription" tab in the admin panel, pick monthly or yearly, and tap "Subscribe" to land on Stripe Checkout. Any remaining trial days carry over automatically to the start of your paid period.

How do I cancel?

If you subscribed by card on the web (Stripe): in the admin panel go to Subscription → "Manage subscription" — that opens Stripe's Customer Portal where you can cancel in one tap, update your card, or download invoices. If you subscribed via Apple or Google on the mobile app: cancel from your device's subscription settings (Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions on Android). In either case, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — every Pro feature stays active until then.

Do you offer refunds?

If you subscribed via Stripe on the web, write to legal@ziporder.io for a refund request — we look at every case individually and refunds within the first week of an annual plan typically go through without friction. If you subscribed via Apple or Google on mobile, refund requests are handled by the platform's store policies; we can't intervene directly, so you'd need to file the refund through whichever store you bought from.

Privacy & data

Where is my data stored?

EU-based hosting — Postgres in Frankfurt, object storage in Cloudflare R2 (EU region), authentication in Ireland. Built KVKK and GDPR compliant from day one.

What about my customers' personal information?

Customer details on public order pages are anonymized after 30 days. Names, contact info, and addresses are removed automatically. The order line items remain so the share link doesn't break, but no personal data is retained.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Open the app → Profile → Account → Delete my account. Or email support@ziporder.io from your registered address. See our account deletion page for what gets deleted vs. retained for tax/legal reasons.

Do you share my data with third parties?

Only with the service providers needed to run the app (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, subscription billing). The full list is on our subprocessors page. We never sell data, and we don't use your data for advertising.
